Udyam Registration process will be applied in replacement of Udyog Aadhar or any other MSME Registration process prescribed by the Government earlier.
It is mandatory to register under Udyam Registration, Even if you are registered as Udyog Aadhar or other registration.
To take benefits as MSME, Every enterprise has to mandatory registered under Udyam Registration before 31st March, 2021.

No documents are required for registration but it’s required lots of details related to business and one of the business owners as Proprietor /Partner /Director of Business. Business Owner’s mobile number should be linked to with his aadhaar card for proprietorship firm, in case it is not, you will need to submit authenticate your details on other details as relevant to PAN or GSTN data.
You will get your Udyam Registration Certificate immediately on your email after applying for registration using your details. Within 24 hours you will receive your certificate in the mail.
Udyam Certificate will be issued by mail as e-Certificate and You can take print when you need it. A printed copy is enough for registration proof for any linked government scheme. There is not any physical copy will be issued by the government.
The validity of Registration?
Registration Certificate will be validated lifetime one you registered. Except for changes in any core factor.
It is a new form of MSME Registration by Government of India, All enterprise registered under any act or procedure like Udyog Aadhar, SSI EM II or IEM and eligible under MSME, Required to re-register under Udyam. As per Act, all enterprises have to compulsion register before 31st March, 2021, to continuous availment of all benefits.
