How can use Udyam Registration in Business?
The business owner has to use registration credentials to share with different stakeholders to avail faster recovery, reduction in interest rate, and much more.
- Registration Number should be mentioned on Sales Bill, It will help to improve receivable collection and helping to claim with the non-recovery payment process under MSME Samadhan Process.
- MSME Certificate acknowledge during bank loan proceeds: It will help to consider the lower loan interest rate, it's nearly reduced by 1% of Interest compare to Non-MSME Enterprise.
- Udyam Certificate is useful as MSME id proof :MSME Certificate is issued by Government of India. Some banker is consider as valid proof as issued by government, And it will helpful to open your Current Bank Account.
- MSME Certificate acknowledges with Power Supply Company for a manufacturer. It may be helpful to reduce the rate per unit and if your manufacturing unit is new then apply for an electricity duty waiver to the power company.
- Subsidy benefits availability: In PAN India any Manufacturing unit is initiated with a bank loan, He must eligible for one or more Subsidy in different forms as per different Policies. For the application for Subsidy Assistance, MSME Certificate is mandatory to submit.
- It is mandatory from 1st April 2021 to continuously avail all benefits as MSME Category.
- Quote the Udyam MSME Certificate number in your Tender offer. It will help to waive the EMD clause and priority in selection for a non-compete clause.
Having a Udyam MSME certificate is not beneficial until you linked it with related benefits and applications. One Registration is allowed to access many benefits for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise. Thus it is known as Business Aadhar.
