• If businessaadhar will fail to Serve your requested services due to any technical or non technical reason, We will refund 100% of money in the same mode you have paid or other preferred mode. Refund request can be made within 10 days of refund requested with necessary details against your payment processed. We will process within seven business days of your request after confirmation as necessary evidences.
• No Refund will be provided once the application is done or / and MSME Certificate is issued. Once Apply it’s iniatation process by our team. So we could not refund except we fail to serve.
• Applied registration services’ certificate, It will be delivered within 24 hours through your Email Id provided in the online application form, Subject to detail you shared with us accurately as required to make your registration.
• Questions about application process should be addressed to [email protected] , In case we need any additional clarification about your business activity our team will reach you by email or call.
• We shall not be considered in breach of its Satisfaction Guarantee policy or default under any terms of service, and shall not be liable to the Client for any cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of its obligations by reason of any uncertain situation or national calamities, action of a court or public authority, change in law, explosion, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labor strike, lockout, boycott or similar event beyond our reasonable control, whether foreseen or unforeseen (each a "Force Majeure Event")
